Services Settings

A site administrator with full access will have access to the Services tab. The Services tab provides access to define the client’s program.

• The Travel Agency link lets you specify Agency Settings, Custom PNR, and Queue/Delivery Options. In Custom PNR, update the Custom PNR script that contains the BAR name (required).

• Vendors lets you specify preferred and restricted vendors.

• Travel Policy lets you configure travel policies for groups.

• Display Configuration lets you create multiple display configurations, and then organize the configurations into sets, and then assign them to appropriate group. Typically, a configuration matches a policy list.

• Compliance Codes lets you configure compliance codes.

• Custom Fields lets you configure custom fields and specify on which pages they display.

• Alternate Airports lets you manage the alternate airports that display in a flight search.

• Site Payment Cards lets you manage how site cards are used.

• Corporate Payment Cards lets you write a policy around a specific set of credit card Bank Identification Number (BIN).

• Virtual Payment Providers lets you configure different virtual payment cards with different restrictions based on groups.

• Private Rates lets you configure airline, car, and hotel private rates for the corporation. You can also mark hotels as preferred or remove individual hotels from the site.

• Hotel Per Diem lets you limit hotel spending based on location.

• Reference Points lets you create reference points, which are locations close to a user's destination that appear as search options.  

• Restricted Countries lets you set up travel alerts or restrict the ability to book to a specific country.
