Profiles Settings

The Profiles tab is available to site administrators with the appropriate permissions. From this tab, you have access to upload and/or extract user and delegate user accounts/profiles, upload unused tickets, and schedule ongoing HR feeds.

• Profile and Delegate Extract can be used to review and maintain user profiles and delegate associations.
  Note: Secured data such as credit card information is encrypted in the extracts.

• User profile uploads, HR feeds, and delegate uploads provide clients the ability to manage their user accounts/profiles with ease.

• Unused tickets upload provides clients the ability to manage their unused tickets.
