Copyright Token
Overview
New token has been created to capture copyright information displayed on activation, reminder, open enrollment, and password reset emails.
Need to know
Copyright information is added during the super domain creation by an internal Deem employee.
Updates will need to be completed manually to each site. Deem is unable to push new token to existing sites.
Updates will need to be completed under the email settings and open enrollment under the settings tab.
New Token - $copyright
By making the updates, you will insure the copyright date is updated automatically. Currently the copyright date is not updated unless it is manually updated each year.
Access Email Settings
From the partner dashboard home page, select the Settings link for the site you want to modify.
From the top menu, select the Settings tab.
Select the Email Settings link.
Configure Email Settings
Replace the token (© 1999-2023 Deem, Inc. All rights reserved.)under each of the following areas, with new token ($copyright).
a. End User Activation E-Mail Definition (HTML).
b. End User Registration E-Mail Definition (HTML).
c. End User Reminder E-Mail Definition (HTML).
d. End User Account Password Reset E-Mail Definition (HTML).
e. Administrator Activation E-Mail Definition (HTML)
f. Administrator Reminder E-Mail Definition (HTML)
Example:
Change to:
Replace the token (� 1999-2021 Deem, Inc. All rights reserved.)under each of the following areas, with new token ($copyright).
a. End User Activation E-Mail Definition (Text).
b. End User Reminder E-Mail Definition (Text).
c. End User Account Password Reset E-Mail Definition (Text).

Access Open Enrollment
From the partner dashboard home page, select the Settings link for the site you want to modify.

Special note: When using the preview feature, the copyright token will appear as entered in the template ($copyright instead of the data entered at the Global dashboard). Data will appear on site and related emails.
