Meeting and Cvent Meeting Settings

Cvent Meetings

Note: Meeting integration is a premium service. Enablement and additional transaction fees apply.  Deem must configure the integration with the meeting provider before any meeting-related travel can take place. If you are interested in setting up Meeting Integration for your site, please enter a support case to request integration with a meeting provider. See Entering a Support Case for instructions. The organization for the site, and the travel agency or travel management company, must already have a licensing agreement with the meeting provider (Cvent). Only one provider can be set up for a site.

After clicking the Settings tab, you can configure settings for enabling meeting integration for meeting attendees using the Cvent meeting provider.

Note: To learn how to set up groups with travel rules specific for meeting travel, see Managing Meetings on a Site.
