The Rules tab lets you enable or disable configurations.

  • Service rules enable or disable the services such as rail, travel policy, display configurations, and custom fields for a group.

  • Groupware rules define the various groupware servers available to a group.

  • Display option rules set the default date, time, time zone, and currency within the user account.

  • Web Services Rules – These rules enable or disable Web Services access for a group of users.
