You can customize your client’s site by adding a Company Logo, this document will walk you through the step by step process.

  • Customize Company Logo - Image will appear in the top right of the booking pages.

Need To Know

Logo Specifications:  

Note: You will have two options, the first is the larger company logo for Classic Deem, the second is a smaller logo for New Deem.

Company Logo located at the top half of the screen is for Classic Deem.

  • Height Size: Up to 60 pixels maximum.

  • Width Size: Up to 420 pixels maximum.

  • Format: Allows GIF, PNG, or JPG only.

Note: For best clarity, the recommendation is to use a transparent GIF.

Small Company Logo located in the lower half of the screen is for New Deem.

  • Minimum size: H256 x W256 pixels.

  • Maximum size: H512 x W512 pixels.

  • Format : Allows GIF, JPG or PNG only.

 

Process/Hints

Where to Upload

  • On the Settings tab, select Logo Upload.

  • Upload logo from location: Select Choose File. Find file on your computer or shared drive then select Open. 

 

  • Select Update Logo Preview. The image is displayed above the preview button. Any errors with the image are noted at the top of the logo section.

  • Select Save.

  • Commit Changes - Indication of changes not committed will appear in the upper right hand corner.

  • Once all changes have been committed you will see the Company Logo (Classic Deem) in the upper right hand corner, as well as when you impersonate a user. You will only have the ability to view the small logo by impersonating a user in New Deem.
