Admin Dashboard 2024.7.1 Release Notes

Release Version 2024.5.2

• Issue: When creating a custom field, the administrator receives an error message,' Please reduce character count.' The documentation references a character maximum for custom fields of 4000.  

  • What was corrected: The custom field type allows a maximum of 4000 bytes (not characters). Tooltips have been updated with corrected verbiage, and a counter has been added to the configuration. The administrator is made visually aware of the byte count while configuring.

• Issue: An administrator editing a traveler profile from the dashboard is unable to select a site card for the car rental billing preference.  

  • What was corrected: The behavior now mimics the behavior on the traveler account page, where a traveler is able to select their site card for car rental billing preference. An administrator can correctly edit on behalf of the traveler.

Admin Dashboard 2024.9.2 Release Notes

Release Version 2024.9.2:

Purpose: Provide tools to simplify configuration efforts & reduce time to complete manual tasks 

Export: Effortlessly generate a file containing an existing display configuration page 

Import: Swiftly upload a display configuration page to a new site 

Sites: The Export and Import functionality can be performed across different sites and super domains 

Process: The export modal highlights the sections of the page that will be exported 

Implementation: Administrators save time on manual configuration tasks, reducing the risk for errors 

Export_Import_Copy

Custom PNR Editor

• Ability to enable at a site, super domain, or global level

  • The site and super domain enablement are temporary until the beta period is over. After this, the global enablement will be added as a one-time enablement.

• Ability to export & import PNR Edits and Masked Edits

• Can perform import within the same site, across superdomains, and between PROD and QA/Stage environments

• Can exit out of the process

• Requires a site commit action

Service Rules

• Ability to enable at a site, super domain, or global level

  • The site and super domain enablement are temporary until the beta period is over. After this, the global enablement will be added as a one-time enablement.

• Ability to export & import and copy Agency Settings

• Can perform export & import within the same site, across superdomains, and between PROD and QA/Stage environments

  • Will export all settings on the initial page + ancillary configuration

• Can perform the copy within the same site

  • Will copy all settings within the page (including Ancillary, QDO, PTA, PNR Edits)

• Can exit out of the process

• Requires a site commit action
