About the Release Notes  

Deem release notes provide useful technical information about the latest release. For each release, the notes provide:

Note: Changes on this release will not affect current configuration. No updates need to be made by Deem administrators.

Split Cost Allocation

Etta now offers Split Cost Allocation. The feature allows travelers to select up to two cost allocations per booking.

• Cost Allocation selections are captured and documented in the PNR*

• Fields can be configured as mandatory, optional, or a combination of both

• Configurable tool-tips available to provide a brief description or direction to the traveler

• Cost Allocation data is uploaded via a scheduled feed or manually from the Admin Dashboard

• Administrators can easily change from the Standard Cost Allocation configuration to Split Cost Allocation

• Please contact your Deem Administrator or Support for initial enablement and PNR Edit support*

Cost Allocation Upload Enhancement

The Allocation Code field now supports up to fifty characters (the previous limitation was thirty-five)

• No more than twenty-five characters can be strung together without a space in between the next set of characters

  • Example with forty-six characters: SALES-HQCO 1234512345123451234512345 YHNI-WITA

  • Spaces and special characters are included in the count

• There is no change to the current template used

• The maximum Cost Allocation file size is 30MB

• Must have administrator access
