Feature Enhancements
KTN and Redress Numbers for Multiple Travelers
Description: KTN and redress numbers can be entered on the purchase page for multiple travelers and guest travelers.
Benefit: KTN and redress numbers can be included in multi-passenger bookings.Â
Note: Only available on sites with multi-passenger enabled.Â
Penn Station Name UpdateÂ
Description: The name of Penn Station has been updated to Moynihan Train Hall.
Benefit: The correct name is displayed when travelers search and book for Moynihan Train Hall.Â
Violations Field Available in PNR XML
Description: The violations field is now available in the PNR XML and is available for scripting.Â
Benefit: Travel administrators can now view the violations field in the PNR XML.Â
Bug Fixes
Amadeus subscribers experienced incomplete hotel cancellations. Resolved.Â
Amadeus subscribers experienced a duplicate name issue when using GDS profile move. Resolved.Â
KTN and Redress numbers were not applied to Southwest Direct Access bookings. Resolved.Â
Travelers were not able to update their display settings on the user profile page. Resolved.Â
