About the Release Notes  

Deem release notes provide useful technical information about the latest release. For each release, the notes provide:

Feature Enhancements

KTN Expiry Emails

  • Description: Deactivated users will no longer receive KTN expiration emails.

  • Benefit: Less KTN expiry emails.

KTN Expiration Date 

  • Description: Expiration date is no longer mandatory for KTN numbers. 

  • Benefit: Easier profile management for travelers.

American Airlines NDC via Travelfusion

  • Description: American Airlines NDC is now available through Travelfusion. 

  • Benefit: Travelers can search and book more flight options with American Airlines NDC fares. 

  • Site Admin Experience: Click here for step-by-step instructions to enable American Airlines NDC content through Travelfusion.

Travelfusion PNR Offline Sync 

  • Description: Travelfusion PNRs will be synched to acquire offline changes. 

  • Benefit: Travelers can see changes that the airline makes to their flight. 

American Airlines Frequent Flyer 

  • Description: American Airlines frequent flyer numbers will be transmitted to Travelfusion for AA NDC bookings. 

  • Benefit: Travelers will be able to apply their American Airlines frequent flyer number for Travelfusion transactions. 

  • For Site Admins: The UI will say to contact the carrier to enable this feature. This will be fixed in the next release.

Bug Fixes for 2023.5.1

  • When a traveler opts back in to apply their unused tickets on the Trip Review page, an automatic purchase was triggered. Resolved. 

  • Split ticket itineraries were not blocked from changes. Resolved. 

  • Travelers were unable to update the passport information in their user profiles. Resolved.
