Enhancements for May 2023 (1.60, 1.61, 1.62)

Help Center Button

  • Description: Help Center button has been added to the Support screen.

  • Benefit: Help Center assists travelers with support articles that provide detailed, step-by-step information.

 

 

 

Design Updates

Booking Not Allowed 

  • A Booking Not Allowed notice will appear when travelers select an out of policy flight, based on a site’s display configuration.

 

 

 

Unused Tickets Details in Post Booking

  • When a traveler makes a booking using ticket credit, the price details section and Trip Cost summary screen have been updated to show that the credit has been applied.

Hotel Error Messaging

  • Messages for hotel-only booking errors have been added, allowing travelers to continue to search for a different hotel or to start the search again.

 

 

 

Hold Trip Messaging

  • The held trip message has been updated to include the trip expiration date and time.

 

 

Bugs

  • When a traveler wants to modify an upcoming trip, the Remove Flight/Hotel/Car button is displayed incorrectly. Resolved

  • Selected baggage wasn’t displayed on the payment summary screen for round-trip Travelfusion flights. Resolved

  • Known traveler number and redress number fields have been updated to become alphanumeric. Resolved.

  • The unused ticket trip cost summary screen was automatically showing when the traveler landed on the payment summary screen. Resolved.

  • Review trip screen was displayed as blank. Resolved
