Pre-trip Approval (PTA) Emails

The following example email is based on all trips requiring approval. If PTA has a specific policy, such as approval required when the fare is $150 over the lowest logical fare, the email includes that policy break and lists the flights the traveler declined.

Delegate-Booked Trip
