Options to Create a New User Account(s)

Deem offers a flexibility when creating a new user account, which helps client maintain their user accounts more effectively. 

Profiles can be created through the following options, please select links for further information.

• Manually create new accounts 

• HR feed / profile upload

• Web services

• Single Sign-on (SSO) and SSO with provisioning

• Open enrollment

Note: If creating users through an HR feed or web services, DO NOT create profiles manually. When manually creating profiles with these services enabled, you may run the risk of inaccurate profiles, overwritten data, or deactivated user accounts.
