Feature Enhancements

GroundSpan Passive Segment 

• Description: GroundSpan passive car segments are viewable in the traveler’s itinerary and calendar. 

• Benefit: Travelers can view a full itinerary, including their car service reservations booked on GroundSpan. 

• Site Admin Experience: Please submit a support ticket to enable this feature. 

• Note: Supported on Sabre and Apollo. Online change and cancel not available for car service. 

Bug Fixes

• When a held trip containing a Southwest Direct Access air segment is canceled offline, the hotel and car rental reservations weren’t automatically canceled. Resolved. 

• Display option settings aren’t honored at the profile level when using WebServices. Resolved.
