Pick-up, Drop-off Instructions & Special Requests

In the new system, users will add pick-up and drop off instructions on the "Review Trip" page. Users will be able to enter special instructions (non-smoking, WSJ, extra leg room) on the purchase page.

To add pick-up and drop-off instructions, users will click the blue "Instructions" link:

After clicking the Instructions link, a pop-up window appears where users can enter specific pick-up and drop-off instructions in the text box:

Users will enter special requests on the the Preference section on the Purchase Trip page. Users will click Edit and then type in their special requests in the text box.

In the old system, users entered pick-up or drop-off instructions or special requests when they were entering their pick-up and drop-off locations.
