Change Traveler Functionality
If you are booking rides for other employees, the best practice is to always use the Delegate functionality and use the employee's profile. This ensures that the ride is tied back to the correct employee account/profile.
However, should you need to book for a non-employee or a traveler as a one-off experience, you can book the trip as if you are booking for yourself until you get to the Purchase Trip page.
On this page, you can click the Edit link next to your name to change it OR click the checkbox for the Change traveler option.
Blank fields will appear for entering the traveler name: you can enter the first, middle, and last name, and choose a prefix and suffix from dropdown menus if needed.
After completing the traveler's information, move down to the Billing Information section where you will have the option of using one of your credit cards that are saved at your profile level or you can use a different credit card for this specific trip only. If it's a one-time use of the credit card, it won't be saved to your profile.
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered under the Traveler information section.
