You can leave all clients active and functioning in your current GDS until you have fully converted to the new GDS, which gives you the ability to configure more than one GDS or PCC.
Important: After you convert your Deem site settings to the new GDS, users will no longer have access to bookings from the previous GDS.

The Partner Dashboard does not support copying the settings for Agency Settings, Queues, or Custom PNR from your when you clone an existing site, as you can with Travel Policy or Display Configuration. You must . For these areas you must re-enter the data or manually copy and paste each line of data for each area. You can then change the output to the new GDS format.
You can leave your previous GDS configurations in Deem in case you need to revert or refer to them later.

Mandatory Deem Site Configuration Settings

Deem does not copy over Custom PNRs PNR mappings when you clone a site, so you must manually copy and paste the information from your site’s existing Custom PNR tab to the new one. For the new GDS, change the output (the format line in which the line is written to the GDS) as well as the GDS source. Start by creating the new Custom PNR for the new GDS and/or PCC, as you need to assign it to must select it later in Agency Settings later.
From your Partner Dashboard, click the Services tab. Under the Travel heading, select Travel Agency.
Select Custom PNR.
Select Add a New PNR Configuration.
In the PNR Set Name field at the top, enter a name for the new PNR mapping.
Select Add PNR Line.
Complete the PNR line as follows:
Line No.: Use same line number from your original mapping.
PNR Field Type: Select the same field type as in your original mapping.
Custom PNR Requirement: Copy and paste from your original mapping.
Leave Requirement Type set to Script if you are entering a script.
GDS: Select the new GDS.
Examples:
In Apollo, enter the company profile with MVT\/Company Profile
In Sabre, enter the company profile as N*-PCC-Company Profile Name#nm
In Apollo, enter the TAW line as T:TAU\/
In Sabre, enter the TAW line as 7TAW
In Galileo, enter the TAW line as T.TAU
Once you have configured your mapping, move to the bottom of the mapping, and select PNR Mask requirements.
When finished, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Queue/Delivery Options
Next, configure Queue and Delivery Options for the new GDS or PCC. You will also need to assign select these to later for Agency Settings.
Deem supports copying each queue option, which allows you to minimize the necessary updates.
First, set up your queue options:

Next, add the new queues to a set, which allows you to assign a set of queues to the appropriate Agency Settings:
On the Queue/Delivery Options page, click the Back to Queue/Delivery Options link at the top left.
Select Queue/Delivery Option Sets.
Select Add A New Queue/Delivery Options Set.
In the Set Name field at the top, enter a name for the set.
At the bottom of the page, click the Add Option button.
Add queues one at a time:
Click the radio button next to one queue to add to the set.
Click Ok & Add Another, then add one more queue.
After adding all queue options, click either the OK or Done button.
Click the Save button to save the set.

Deem does not support cloning the existing Agency Settings, so you must either re-enter or manually copy and paste the information from your site’s existing Agency Settings tab to the new site. Be sure to update GDS-specific details to the new GDS/PCC.

In the PNR Configuration section:
Booking Configuration:Select the new PNR mapping from list.
PNR Synchronization Settings: Configure new PCC and queues; see PNR Synchronization/Acquisition.
Passive Segment Processing section: Not typically configured. If you do need to configure and need instructions, open a Deem Support Case.
Air Pricing, configure : Configure as needed for GDS.
Negotiated Rates, configure : Configure new air negotiated rates if your client has them, if not leave this field blank.
Train Support, copy :Copy as configured in the original Agency Settings.
Queue/Delivery Options:
Options Set: Select a queue set.
Urgent Queue for Actioning Voids/Refunds: Enter the PCC and queue for reservations to go in the case of PNRs that fail to change or cancel, and successful void or refunds.
Pre-Trip approval setting: Update only if the site has pre-trip approval set up; if so, enter the queues and PCC for the new GDS.
Select Save.
Service Rules
Update Service Rules as needed. Apply appropriate Service Rules to Test Group.

Web Services
You will need to For Amadeus, Galileo/Travelport+, or Sabre, you must update your Web Services to accommodate for the new GDS formats, and then configure a web services set. You will need to open a Deem Support Case to have new Web Services set up.

If you have more then one PCC you must to connect each of them to this main iPCC:
User Name: (EPR): Enter Sabre provided EPR.
Password: Enter Sabre provided password.
Pseudo City Code: Enter Main Pseudo City Code (PCC).
After completing the form click the Save button.
Select Back to Overview.

Select Manage Supplier Web Service Credentials Set.
If Web Service set already exists, select the set name.
If Web Services set does not already exist, Select Add A New Supplier Web Service Credentials Set.
Enter Supplier Web Service Credentials Set Name if this is a new set.
Select Add Supplier Web Services Credentials.
Select Radio the radio button to the left of the Web Service to be added add to the set and selectclick OK.
Select Save.
Select Back to Overview.
Note: If the Web Service Set is new you will need to continue with next steps and ensure that the set has been assigned to the domain group(s)s. You can take the following steps to ensure set has been applied to the appreciate appropriate domain group(s) as well.Select Apply Supplier Web Service Credentials to Domain Groups.
Select Web Service.
Select All Domains from Domain Groups Not AppliedAssigned, and than select click the Add button.
All Domains will move to Assigned Domain Groups.
Select Save.
Commit Changes.

At the top of your Partner Dashboard, click the Rules tab.
Click the Service Rules link.
Select a Group name to edit as needed.
Save any changes.

Test the New Configuration
Important: As with any new configurations or changes you must test the new site:
Ensure that everything is working as anticipated.
Apply changes to appropriate Service Rules/Groups once you are sure the configuration changes are correct, and you are ready to convert to the new GDS or PCC.
