Overview

From the partner dashboard home page, select the Settings link for the site you want to modify. The options for modifying the site display with the Settings tab selected by default.

Options selected in the Settings tab affect the entire site and cannot be configured by group. When a site is created by cloning a template, many of the settings on this tab are copied from the template.

Setting tab options

The following links are available on the Settings page.

  • General Settings lets you manage the launch date (not cloned from a template), delegate settings, sign in page, footer messaging, help desk contact information, and calendar attachments. Some settings are cloned from the template.

  • Company Information is used to capture the company's address and primary contact information. These settings are cloned from the template.

  • Groupware Servers gives you the ability to integrate Deem with Outlook and Google Calendar. Contact the Channel Sales Director if the client would like Calendar Integration enabled, as it is a cost item.

  • Email Settings lets you specify an application URL for the end user and manage email templates. Some settings are cloned from the template but the application URLs must be entered.

  • FTP Servers allows you to set up an FTP account for bulk profile updates. This activity may require Deem assistance for initial implementation.

  • Open Enrollment lets clients allow self-onboarding of visitors/employees while still maintaining a secure site. Some open enrollment settings are not cloned. You must enable open enrollment for each client.

  • Mobile Settings lets you manage helpdesk contact information for users and calendar sync. These settings are cloned from the template.

  • Password Security lets you customize password security based on customer requirements. These settings are cloned from the template.

  • Company Message & Resource Links lets you manage the links that display under the megaphone on the home page. These settings are cloned from the template.

  • Logo Upload lets you customize the client site adding a logo. Logo does not clone from the template.

  • Privacy Policy Settings lets you manage your privacy policy for employees using the site. Information added or changed on this page requires consultation with Deem Implementation or Technical Support Manager.

  • Profile Field Settings lets you manage access for each profile setting (display, hide, or view only profiles).

  • Web Services lets you to configure how user profile data is pulled into the system and synchronized with other profile management systems. 

  • Single Sign On lets you configure single sign on capabilities using industry open standards.

  • Cvent Meeting Settings lets you enable meeting integration. Cvent is a premium service and fees apply.
