Bulk User Activations and Reminders

As an administrator, you can activate several users or a group of users at once (for example, to reset passwords). Activation emails are the initial invitation emails sent to users, which usually include a log-in link. Bulk user reminders are registration reminder emails sent to several users or to a group of users. You can schedule activation and reminder email jobs, view job logs, and edit ongoing scheduled jobs.

Note: To create the content of these emails, follow the instructions in Email Settings. 

After clicking the Users tab, click Bulk User Activations and Reminders on the Overview page. You can then choose the following:

• Schedule Bulk Activations and Reminders: Schedule activations or reminders for multiple users by group
• Activity Logs: View previously submitted bulk user activation or reminder job activities.
• Schedule Logs: View scheduled bulk user activation or reminder jobs.
