Administering Deem Car Service - Sabre Red App

Below information is for Sabre Red App Site Administrators only.

Activating the App

After your request in the app store is complete and approved by Deem Car Service, you will see the Review Terms notice in the Sabre Red App Centre indicating your purchase is pending approval.  Follow the instructions to accept the review terms. Deem does not charge you for the purchase of the Deem Car Service Red App.

After Deem Car Service Red App completes the update process, you will be able to manage your agency's settings under the Admin Centre tab:


Designating Users and Desktops

Follow these steps to designate users and desktops for using the Red App:

  1. As an Agency Admin, you can select Agency Admin Tools from the Admin tab at the top of your Deem Red App workspace.  You can then manage your agency's desktop settings for groups and users.
  2. Create a new group, or edit existing groups. You can add agents to receive the Red App to a group by selecting them, and then clicking Add (or Add All to add them all). Remember to save your group.
  3. After your group is set up, you can manage the Deem Car Service Red App Workspace settings for your agents by clicking Manage Configurations, and then selecting the group to set apps for:
  4. On the Manage Apps page, locate the section for configuring settings for the Red Apps:
  5. Locate the Deem Car Service Red App, and set the latest version to On by clicking the radio button to the left of the option "On": 
  6. Click the Save button.

After completing these steps, your agents' workspaces will automatically be assigned the Red App to be downloaded. The automatic update process may take a few hours to trigger and download the Red App for your agents. When the download finishes, agents will be able to find the Deem Car Service Red App under the Tools menu. See Launching Deem Car Service - Sabre Red App for further instructions.
