Rate Upload History

You can review the rate upload history, upload status, and error messages associated with a rate upload.

Viewing the Rate Upload History

After you have uploaded your rates, you arrive at the Rate Upload History page, and you can check on the status on your upload.

If you want to audit or review past uploaded files, you can log into the Deem Car Service Deem Rate Load and click Rate Upload History. The Rate Upload History page appears, showing the file status, the person who uploaded the rate file, and the rate file name:

In addition, you can view errors detected by the system, and accept or abort the process of committing your rates to Deem Car Service.

Reviewing the Status

The Status ("i") column in the above figure shows an icon indicating the following:

  • Clock icon : The file is in the queue for being processed.  Check again later.
  • Green check mark : Processing has completed and rates are committed to Deem Car Service.

Showing Reverse Rate Records

Reverse Rates column in above figure shows a green check mark () if you opted to automatically create the reverse rate records of your uploaded template file data.

Reviewing the Error File

If an error icon () appears in the Error File column (as shown in the figure above), it means that at least one error occurred while validating the information. To see the errors, click the error icon to download a modified version of your rate file, which includes the Exception Reason column showing why the validation failed:

Go back and edit your rate file to fix any errors, and then upload the rate file again (see Uploading Rates into Deem).
