Closing a Reservation
You can use an Internet browser to access the Affiliate Connect site to close a reservation that has completed, and also add charges incurred during the ride. The close-out pricing details are automatically communicated back to the sending provider.
Note:
- If you use one of the integrated back-office systems, you can use your back-office system to close a farmed-in reservation and add charges as needed. Consult the documentation for your back-office system.

If you don't use an integrated back-office system, you can use an Internet browser to log into Affiliate Connect site and follow these steps:
- To close reservations and update their charges, click the Closeout Reservations link.
- Choose the sending provider in the Booker dropdown menu, or choose All Bookers for all sending providers.
- Choose one of the following from the Type dropdown menu:
- Past reservations which are still open: Choose this option for reservations that are still open (not including current reservations).
- Completed reservations which need to be closed: Choose this option for reservations that are completed but not closed.
- Closed reservations: Choose this option for reservations that have already been closed.
- Choose the date range by clicking the calendar icon for the From Date and To Date and choosing the dates.
- Click Get Reservations. A list of reservations appears.
- (Optional) You can verify that the reservation is correct by clicking the numeric link in the "Res #" column to see its details.
- To close a reservation, click the Close link for the reservation. The Update View Charges screen appears with fields for adding charges to the reservation:
- You can enter charges in the fields, and click Recalculate to recalculate the ride total and amount due.
Note: If the passenger was a "no-show" (wasn't picked up), you can click to add a check to the No Show box at the top of the screen.
Tip: You can also click Reset to clear the fields if you need to re-enter information. - Click Close Reservation to close the reservation, or click Cancel to cancel the operation.
