If this is a demo or sandbox/test site, be sure to label it as such by including the word “Demo” or “Sandbox” in the site name.  For example: Test TMC Demo Site or Test TMC Sandbox Site.

Profile Field Settings

Consumer Calendars can be enabled for all users or a group of users. (Google/Yahoo etc.) 

Customer enabling groupware integration?

   If Yes:

       Has attended Deem training calls?

       Has defined delegate username and password

       Has updated all email accounts to allow the delegate user

Define company groupware servers and delegate user name and password

Update  field labels, data source (incl. if profile load should update ALL users or just new users), if fields should be displayed in profile and during registration, and if they are required

Customize Profile Fields to allow for unique reporting field requirements.  I.e. Cost Center = 5 numeric

Rename and define the Misc. 1 – 7 fields for display, grouping and reporting

Update Activation Email (if customized per client) using proper HTML formatting and tags. Enter a Support Case if you need assistance.

No action necessary on site level unless multiple profile synch groups exist.  If so, please create a Support Case.

On SUPERDOMAIN level, assign new site to a Superdomain web services subscription (max 50 sites per subscription).

FTP Servers

If customer is providing an HR feed for mass enrollment instead of Open Enrollment, do you want to automate the file loads directly with Deem? 

If Yes:

       Define SFTP server

       Enter a Support Case if a new FTP server is required

       Enable / Disable

If Enabled – Initially:

Enter a Support Portal Case.  Include names & emails of all individuals who should be sent a confirmation notification

       For Ping Adapter Requests - Use template provided by Deem

       Provide name in URL.   Use site name up to .deem.com  (Example: acme-yourtravel)

       Use address pre-filled on ping adapter request (travelcustomersuccess@deem.com)

       Copy your Activation Manager

Open Enrollment

Mobile Settings

       Enable / Disable

Restrict access using Allowed Domains and / or Secret Key (Note:  Keep your Secret Key secure)

       Add Successful enrollment email notification address

       Update Activation Email (if customized per client)

Remember: Open Enrollment is NOT enabled when cloned from the template

       Update Helpdesk Email / Phone, as applicable.

       Click SAVE (even if no changes made) to enable mobile functionality

Submit a Support Case to have mobile enabled for the site if mobile has not been enabled for other sites within the superdomain.

Clone/Create new profile map in the Profile Synch Interface (ETSI) and update lines as necessary.
