Q. Is the Work Fource mobile app still available for download?
A. You can still download the Work Fource mobile app on the Google Play and Apple App Store to book and manage travel on your Android mobile device.
Q. Will you continue to maintain the Work Fource app?
A. Yes, we will continue to maintain the Work Fource mobile app for Android and iOS, however we will only address critical issues.
Q. What is my login for the Etta mobile app?
A. Your username will be the email address and current password associated with your Deem Work Fource account.
Q. I don't know my mobile password. What do I do?
A. Your password is the same as the one you use to sign in to the desktop version of Etta. If you need further assistance, go to the desktop sign-in screen and click on Forgot your username or password link. You can then reset your password, and use it for both the desktop and mobile versions.
Q. Is SSO available for the new Etta mobile app?
A. SSO is available on Etta for iOS only. SSO will be available on Etta for Android by the end of October 2021. The Work Fource mobile app is still available for SSO users on Android.
Q. Will my traveler profile and preferences carry over to the Etta mobile app?
A. Yes, your preferences will be populated in the app.
Q. Will Etta mirror my desktop configurations?
A. Yes, Etta will honor all customers’ partner dashboard configurations.
Q. What is the recommended operating system for the Etta mobile app?
A. We recommend you use the Etta mobile app with iOS version 13.0+ or Android version 5.0+, to ensure full capabilities of Etta.
Q. How am I notified of flight changes?
A. Flight notifications, such as gate changes and alerts, are sent directly to the mobile app and appear on your mobile device by default. Make sure you enable notifications after installing Etta for iOS. Push notification is not available on Etta for Android at this time.
Q. How can I turn off notifications?
A. Go to your phone settings and select notifications. Choose the Etta app and turn off notifications.
Q. How do I change or cancel a flight, hotel, or car rental?
A. Car service stand-alone bookings are not available on the Etta mobile app. Users can still use the Work Fource mobile app to make stand-alone car service bookings.
Q. How can I tell if my flight ticket has been issued?
A. When your trip status changes from reserved to confirmed on Etta.
Q. Are company policies indicated when booking travel with the mobile app?
A. Company policy is accessible on the mobile app. Click on Policy to view your company’s travel policy. You can also filter your search results to show only options that fall within your travel policy. Any out of policy services will show an “out of policy” label.

Q. Can travelers contact support if they experience any issues?
A. Travelers can contact travel support by tapping on Support. On the support page, travelers will be able to contact travel support via phone or email.
Q. How do I update the mobile apps?
A. iOS mobile users can enable automatic updates to stay up-to-date with the latest version of Etta for iOS. There is no need to update the Etta for Android mobile app since the app updates automatically.
