WebFare Source Messages

After clicking the Services tab, clicking Policy Display, the Services | Display Management page displays.    Click the Display Configuration List link, here you can add or edit a display configuration. If Web Fare options (such as VMI Baby, Ryan Air, and EasyJet) are enabled, the Add or Edit page includes the WebFare Source Messages. (See the Flight Policy Section of Adding or Editing a Travel Policy for details about Web Fare options.) Each message can be up to 4000 characters, but we suggest using no more than 400 characters. Enter the following optional messages:

  • Provide a message that will be displayed to the user when they select a web fare option at the Air Search Results page: Enter the HTML for a message that will display on the Flight Search Results page.
  • Provide a message that will be displayed to the user at the Terms and Conditions page: Enter the HTML for a message that will display on the Terms and Conditions page.
  • Provide a message that will be displayed to the user at the Trip Confirmation page and the Email Notification:  Enter the HTML for a message that will display on the Trip Confirmation page and be included in the Trip Confirmation email.
  • Provide a message that will be displayed to the user at the Trip Details page:  Enter the HTML for a message that will display on the Trip Details page.
