Deem 2017.1.0 Release Executive Summary

Deem continues to improve our site administrator and agency experiences with key travel site enhancements that help corporations and TMCs manage the travel buying process.

• TravelFusion has added 4 new carriers.
• Non-refundable Hotel Rates can now be removed on the configuration Value. 
• The Global Phone Numbers are now supported on User Profiles.
• Now when auto-refunds are enabled (Sabre specific) an error handling logic will support change/cancel failures when an original ticket is refunded.

Travel 2017.1.0 Enhancements (February 15, 2017)

More TravelFusion Carriers Added

• Description: AirAsia, Air Costa, GoAir and SpiceJet are newly added TravelFusion low cost carriers.
• Benefit:  Now users have more low cost carrier options to help companies save.

Remove Non-Refundable Hotel Rates Based on the Configuration Value (GDS specific)

• Description: Now site admins can remove non-refundable hotels rates from user searches. This enhancement is GDS specific and works with Sabre and Worldspan. Apollo and Galileo are not supported.
• Benefit: This feature provides more options to enforce company policies.
• Site Admin Experience: A new toggle button is now added to the hotel private rate configuration to allow admins to explicitly block non-refundable hotel rates from displaying to travelers. (Will provide configuration links to you soon).

Enhancement to Support Global Phone Numbers on User Profiles

• Description: Now Deem Travel supports global numbers. Users will be able to select from a country drop down list and prompted to add their global number. 
• Benefit: The Deem Travel profile now supports global telephone entries. 
• Site Admin Experience: No configurations needed.

Enhanced Error Handling Logic Added to Support Change/Cancel Failures Where Original Ticket is Refunded (SABRE specific that use auto-refund enabled)

• Description: This is an enhancement to the Change /Cancel Process feature from Release "G" . Previously, the queue delivery options only applied to voided tickets whose flights failed to change or cancel. Now refundable tickets are included for Sabre specific agencies that enabled auto-refund.
• Benefit:  This queue alerts the agencies when a ticket is voided or refunded but the segments failed to cancel out.
• Site Admin Experience: No configuration needed.
