Enhancements for March 2021 (Release 2021.2)

Apollo - Hotel Discount Codes 

  • Description: We have updated the system to allow Apollo users to add up to eight hotel discount codes.

  • Benefit: Apollo users will be now be able to add up to eight discount codes for hotels to return private rates for up to eight programs.

  • Site Admin Experience: No Admin experience required.

Bug Fixes for March 2021 (Release 2021.2)

New Search Hotel Booking 

  • Description: We have updated the system to allow travelers to return to the Hotel Search Results page and select a new hotel, when the originally requested hotel reservation fails.

  • Benefit: Travelers will be now be able to select a new hotel, when the originally requested hotel reservation fails.

  • Site Admin Experience: No Admin experience required.

Split-Ticketing 

  • Description: We have updated the logic that selects the plating carrier on the second leg of a split ticket, to avoid reprice into basic economy.

  • Benefit: Travelers will now be able to book desired flights.

  • Site Admin Experience: Contact Deem Customer Support for assistance enabling the configuration.

Booking.com Issues

  • Description: We have added safety check to allow a booking.com reservation to succeed, when a traveler may not have an address on file.

  • Benefit:Travelers will now be able to book booking.com reservations without issues.

  • Site Admin Experience: Contact Deem Customer Support for assistance enabling the configuration.

Hotel Frequent Traveler Format 

  • Description: We have updated the format for entering hotel frequent traveler number.

  • Benefit: Amadeus customers will now be able to include hotel loyalty information when booking a hotel.

  • Site Admin Experience: No Admin experience required.
