Starting January 1, 2021, Sabre may discontinue Southwest content from displaying in this GDS. For a seamless transition for your customers, it is strongly recommended for you to review how each of your sites are receiving Southwest content.
In the Deem Administrative Dashboard, there are a few different ways of consuming Southwest fares and availability:
Using Southwest Direct Access (SDA) – without fare validation in the Sabre GDS
*Using Southwest Direct Access (SDA) – with fare validation in the Sabre GDS
*Using Southwest GDS content sourced from Sabre
Self-Service enablement of Southwest SDA (if your agency already has implemented SDA)
Using Southwest GDS content sourced from another GDS (Apollo, Worldspan, Amadeus). Note: this only applies for multi-GDS agencies
Opt-out of displaying any Southwest content
*If your site configurations include one of these options, then action is required.
If you do not currently use Southwest SDA (Southwest Direct Access), contact your Deem Account Manager to sign up for SDA today.

If you are unsure if your agency has this service included in your reseller agreement with Deem, please contact your Deem Channel Sales Manager.
