Provides an overview of emails which are generated by Deem, depending on the situation.

Pre-trip approval (PTA)

Emails

Traveler

Emails a Traveler can expect to receive, based on actions taken

  • Trip Approved - Sent to Ticketing

  • Manager Notifications Setup - Trip Confirmation Email

Manager/Static Approver

Emails a Manager/Static Approver can expect to receive, based on actions taken

  • Accept or Decline Approval Email

    • Note: The example email based on all trips requiring approval. If PTA has a specific policy such as: If fare is $150 over the lowest logical fare, the policy break will appear on the email, along with what flights the traveler declined.

Hold Trip

Traveler

Emails a traveler can expect to receive if they place a trip on hold

  • Hold Trip Confirmation Email - Confirmation once trip is successfully pleased on hold

  • Hold Trip Reminder - Reminder email to go back on line to purchase or cancel trip

  • Hold Trip Auto Cancel - Email send if traveler does not go online or call an agent to purchase or cancel their trip

Delegate Booked trip

Traveler will receive the below email regardless if they book the trip or their Delegate books the trip

Delegate

Delegates will only receive these emails if they book the reservation for their traveler. If the traveler books the reservation themself, you will not receive the email notification. 

Note: Delegate will see the trip if they log into Deem

Delegate Access to Profile

Open Enrollment

Email generated to individuals will receive once they initiate Open Enrollment online.  They will need to click on the link within the confirmation email to complete the registration process.
