Facebook Messenger Integration

  • Description:  The integration connects traveler’s Facebook Messenger app to their live Deem account.  Once a traveler links their account, for any flight booked, the traveler will then receive a check-in reminder 24 hours before their flight.  They can select to Check-In from the app and will be directed to the check-in link for the departing airline the following day.

     

    Flight Notifications

     

    Anytime there is a delay, gate change, or cancellation for a booked flight, the system automatically sends a notification to the traveler via the Facebook Messenger notification service.

     


  • Site Admin Experience:  No Configuration Available at this time.  In order to enable Facebook Messenger, please contact Deem Support and identify the sites you wish to enable.  Support will then enable and provide you instructions you can share with users for linking their Deem Account to the Messenger app along with all of the FAQ's associated.

HelpMe 

  • Description:  InstaHelp HelpMe will now be available to travelers to assist with questions they may have.  The tool will provide a step by step assist when travelers need help while in the application or provide them with the specific help page document.
