ET: I’m not clear in the later sections why we have text and HTML versions of various notification emails. We need to say more at the beginning to explain that there are different email formats depending on how the account is created – but it’s not clear to me why. More to the point, will the admin customer audience already understand the difference?

To enable open enrollment and set security requirements:

  1. From the Partner Dashboard home page for the desired site, select the Settings tab.

    ET: I think the phrase “after open enrollment” in the inline description is confusing. I think it is meant to indicate after a user if qualified to use open enrollment – but sounds like the email is sent after the user successfully activates? If this is correct, I think it would be clearer to indicate “open enrollment invitation” or something that better indicates the end user workflow.

    1. After selecting their preferred language, the end user signs in to their site with the user name and password they entered in the enrollment form.
