- Unique arranger profiles are created based on the arranger email. This provides:
- Confirmation, modification and cancellation email delivery to the arranger
- Improved arranger commission reporting
- Crip Trip status notifications sent to arranger email (arrangers can opt out)
- 24 hour pre-trip reminder for arrangers (arrangers can opt out)
- Arrangers can confirm trip changes, get copies of credit card receipts and manage profile settings such as communication preferences via their account at www.careyconnect.com
- Phone contact Arrangers may be contacted via phone in the event of service issues
Note: If a “pool” or “team” email address is stored on multiple agent profiles, the agent creating the initial profile will receive transaction emails. Subsequent agents using the pool email for their reservations will have secondary profiles created that will not send/deliver transaction emails to the pool email address. Agents with incomplete Deem App profiles will be asked to complete their profiles. This includes agent first and last name, email and day phone number.
- The display name for Carey in Deem booking tools and post-booking communication from Deem will be changing from Carey International to Carey International, Inc.

- The display name for Carey in Deem reporting (Provider Connect) will be changing from Carey International to Carey International, Inc.
- Reservations made prior to this transition will appear under Carey International
- Reservations made after this transition will appear as Carey International, Inc."
- A reservation made prior to this transition and modified after will be reported under Carey International, Inc. after the modification.
- Provider transaction reports run for a timeframe that spans the name change transition will include Carey rides listed as both Carey International and Carey International, Inc.
- No single reservation will be listed under both company names.
