From the Partner Dashboard home page, select Settings in the Edit Site column for the site that needs updating.
On the Services tab, select Display Configuration.
Select Display Configuration List.
Select the existing display configuration you would like to edit.
Scroll Navigate to the section titled Booking, Changes, and Cancellation Configuration, and insure ensure the following is updated as recommended below. All other options in this section are based on TMC/customer requirements.settings are updated as specified:
Do not apply unused ticket: Select No
Enable users to change or cancel airline flights, trains, hotels, and/or rental cars post booking?: Select Yes.
Do not display unused tickets to users?: Select No.
Save changes.
Note: Please note that all other options in this section should be configured according to TMC/client’s requirements.

Setting Policy for Applying Unused Tickets
You can set the policy for applying unused tickets based on the additional collect amount, using the ticket exchange add There are two policy options available, please follow the steps below to configure.

To set travel policy, follow the instructions in Adding or Editing a Travel Policy, including the instructions in the "Applying Unused Tickets". Be sure to set the following option:

Choose Yes to apply the new ticket additional collect amount to the original ticket’s value for policy compliance.
Choose No to not apply the new ticket additional collection amount.
