In the new system, users will add pick-up and drop off instructions on the "Review Trip" page. Users will be able to enter special instructions (non-smoking, WSJ, extra leg room) on the purchase page.
To add pick-up and drop-off instructions, users will click the blue "Instructions" link:
After clicking the Instructions link, a pop-up window appears where users can enter specific pick-up and drop-off instructions in the text box:
In the old system, users had to know the exact address and type out each word and number in the address which is error prone.entered pick-up or drop-off instructions or special requests when they were entering their pick-up and drop-off locations.
