Overview
Deem uses ETSI (Enterprise Travel Systems, Inc.) to sync profiles to your agency GDS. This synchronization is customizable to meet client or agency needs.
These GDSs are supported for ETSI:
Amadeus
Apollo
Galileo
Sabre
Worldspan
Need to Know
There is a limit of 50 domains/sites per profile sync group in a superdomain.
If you do not already have a login to the ETSI website, open a Deem Support Case to request access.
During your company’s initial implementation, Deem will create a profile template with you.

on the Superdomain if you will be using one profile map for all accounts and no GDS profile writeback. As new client sites are configured, you will need to assign the new client site to the appropriate Web Services Group.
Note: Depending on the number of client sites you have, you may have more than one Web Service for profile sync. Because there is a maximum of 50 domains/sites per group, you will need to open a case to request a new Web Services group if you are approaching this maximum.
To add a site to the Web Services Group:
Open the homepage of the Deem Partner Dashboard/Console.
Select the Groups tab to display the Domain Groups list.
Select a group from the Group Name list.
From the Domains Not in Group list on the right side, select a domain/site.
Select the <Add button to move the domain/site to the Domains in Group list on the left side.
Select Save. The site has been added to Web Services

Save to redisplay the Web Services Rules list. The green highlight indicates that active rules are associated to the Web ServicesS.
Select Save Priority Changes.

Set Up Individual Web Services
If you need multiple profile maps or plan to enable GDS profile writeback, Deem will work with you during the initial implementation to set up Individual Web Services on the site level. These services are added to your template and will clone over to all new sites.

To view an error report:
Select Error Report from the top menu.
Select the Account arrow to choose the company name from the list.

Select Success Report from the top menu.
Select either a company or a user:
Select the Account arrow to choose the company name from the list. Alternately, you can enter a name in Account Name Search.
In User, enter a user name.
In Start Date and End Date, enter the date range.
