This guide is to walk you through how to configure Display Option Rules. Display Option Rules sets the default Date, Time, Time Zone and Currency On this page:

Overview

Display Option Rules set the default date, time, time zone, and currency within the user account.   Users can access their account and change to their preferences.

  • Typically you will have only one display option configuration which applies to all users.  But you can configure more then one display options especially if you have a client with a group of users in the US and another group in the UK. When configuring the group check the box to the left of Display Option Rules. If left the display options will be inherited by the Everyone group.

  1. From the Partner Dashboard home page, select Settings in the Edit Site column for the site that needs updating.

  2. On the Rules tab, select Display Option Rules.

  3. Optionally, you can create and configure a group. Typically, there is only one display option configuration which applies to all users. However, you can configure more than one set of display options, especially for clients with users in multiple countries. See configuring a group. The default is that display options apply to all users.

  4. Select Add or Edit to configure the rule. Add indicates the rule is inactive; Edit indicates the rule is active.

  5. Optionally, enter a Description of the rule, viewable to Partner Dashboard/Console Admin

  1. Select Activate Rule.

  1. Select appropriate options for rule group you are configuring, including Country, if the rules don’t apply to all.

  3. Continue configuring rules as necessary. Once you have configured each rule, select Save Priority Changes.

  4. Select the link to the left of the Deem logo indicating that changes are not applied.
