Overview
American NDC content can be configured using Travelfusion, which enables Etta Deem users to shop and book American Airlines NDC content. NDC content provides fares and options which may not be available in the GDS , or may be available at a lower cost than the published GDS rates.

Branded fares are not required to be configured to configure American Airlines NDC.
If the GDS is Sabre, you are not required to have Bargain Finder Max enabled to configure.
The following American Airline NDC credentials are required to complete the configuration if you want the ticket issued on your agency’s ticket stock (American Airline B2B).

Configure American Airlines NDC
To configure American Airlines NDC, you must add an ancillary source and then enable web fares.
Add American NDC ancillary source
From the partner dashboard home page, select the Settings link for the site you want to modify.
From the top menu, select the Services tab.
Select Travel Agency.
Select Agency Settings.
Select configuration you would like to update.
At the bottom of the Ancillary Sources table, select Add Ancillary Source.
Enter a source name that describes the ancillary. For example, enter American - NDC.
In Source, select Web: TRAVELfusion.
For airline, select one of the following:
American Airlines B2B (requires credentials)
You must obtain NDC credentials for user ID, password, and agent identifier to configure. Refer to Credential Request Form.
Bookings will be ticketed by AA on the TMC ticket stock

Source Override: Select the radio button to the left of one of the below options
Enter private rates codes if you have them for the selected airline.
Select a Source Override option.
