In the new system, users will add pick-up and drop off instructions on the "Review Trip" page. Users will be able to enter special instructions (non-smoking, WSJ, extra leg room) on the purchase page.
To add pick-up and drop-off instructions, users will click the blue "Instructions" link:
After clicking the Instructions link, a pop-up window appears where users can enter specific pick-up and drop-off instructions in the text box:
In the old system, users had to know the exact address and type out each word and number in the address which is error prone.entered directions or special instructions when they were entering their pick-up and drop-off locations.
