Activate single user or reset password
To activate a single user or reset a password:
On the Sites tab, select Settings in the Edit Site column.
On the Users

tab, select Single User Activation.

Enter search criteria for account

Search for the user or users you need to deactivate. You can search by partial information. For example, if you were looking for the last name of Never, enter Nev. Deem conducts a similar name search for all fields.

Optionally, select Show only manually added users

to narrow search to only manually created users.
Optionally, select Show only inactive

Deselect this option to reset the password of an active account.
