This guide is to walk you through how to configure Display Option Rules. Display Option Rules sets the default Date, Time, Time Zone and Currency within the user account.  Users can access their account and change to their preferences.

  • Clones over from template

  • Typically you will have only one display option configuration which applies to all users.  But you can configure more then one display options especially if you have a client with a group of users in the US and another group in the UK. When configuring the group

check

  • , select the box to the left of Display Option Rules. If left unchecked the display options will be inherited by the Everyone group.

To update compliance code

  • Click Rules tab

    • Click

    Add/Update Display Option Rules

    • On the Rules tab, select Display Option Rules.

    • Select Add/Edit to configure the rule.

    • Select Activate Rule

  • Country: Select Country from list

  • Date: Select preferred Date option

  • Time: Select preferred Time option

  • Time Zone: Select Time Zone from list

  • Measurements: Select preferred measurement option

  • Currency: Select Currency from list

  • Click Save

    • Select appropriate options for rule group you are configuring

    • Select Save.
