Benefits and Need to Know

Benefits

  • Client can manually create accounts with appropriate permissions

Need To Know

  • User accounts are only deactivated they are not deleted

  • User accounts can be deactivated manually or through an HR feed, User Profile Upload or Web Services

Note: If creating and deactivating with HR feed or Web Services: DO NOT deactivate profiles manually (unless urgent). Profiles should be deactivated through the HR feed or Web Services as configured.  Depending on how they are set up, the manually deactivated account may become reactivated when the HR feed or Web Services is triggered.

  • Deactivated profiles can be reactivated at anytime

  • Deem maintains PNR data for at least 10 years

  • Deem maintains Profile data until site is decommissioned

    • The profile remains in Deem’s applications, allowing you to reactivate if necessary.  But again all PII data will not remain. Once deactivated the travel or delegate will not have access to the account, only those with Partner Dashboard/Console access will have the ability to access or reactivate.

Note: When a user account is deactivate the PII data will be removed from the individual profile

Note: If a client leaves Deem, you can request the client site to be decommissioned. Which at that time all profiles will be decommissioned as well. Please click link for further information about Decommissioning Client Site

  • First initial of first name and first initial of last name

  • Partial first name

  • Partial last name as in example in below screenshot. I am searching for the last name Never but searching only by Nev.  The system will present any last name starting with Nev.

  • Partial email address or even partial External ID

  • Search by only Active Users, to narrow down profile returned to only active accounts

  • If you know there are fewer than 200 user accounts you can leave all search options blank and click search
