Homepage updates show under the megaphone.

  • Customize Messaging and links (Customer Resources) under the megaphone.

  • Useful Links otherwise known as Company Resources.

  • Note: Clones over from template, may only need to make minor changes based on company needs.

Where to Update

  • On the Settings tab, select Home Page Updates.

Customer Services Message.

  • Enter text to display on the home page.

Hint:  You can use HTML to hyperlink email addresses for a nice customer experience. The customer can click on the email address within the message to trigger an email to open, allowing the client to reach out to your Agent Team or Online Support team with ease.

  • Modify the additional resource links as needed.

  • Select Save. The Settings Overview page displays.

  • Test to insure message and links are working properly.

  • No labels
