Enhancements for May 2022
Split Ticketing Itinerary Cancellation
Description: Deem now supports cancellation of split ticket itineraries. With this enhancement, travelers will see their unused tickets immediately after cancellation of an itinerary with split ticketing.
Benefit: TMCs do not have to track canceled spilt tickets, and the user can see their unused tickets immediately after canceling.
Site Admin Experience: No Admin experience required.
Flight Search Results
Description: Sites that have standard fare tier blocked will display the standard flex fare tier by default.
Benefit: Users will see the right in-policy options for their flight results.

Bug Fixes for May 2022
Air Ticket Notification section has been fixed to show when there is an unused ticket pending refund.
Amadeus users will now be able to configure Southwest ancillary.
List of Australian State/Province codes have been updated in the database.
Branded fare pricing has been introduced for the carrier Air Transat (TS)
Branded fare pricing has been implemented for carrier Canadian North (5T).
Resolved issue for Worldspan GDS customers who were unable to perform a hotel search for same-day check-in in certain timezones, due to timezone conflict with servers.
Resolved issue for configurations
requiring users to select a Private Rate Hotel
andrequire users to select a Preferred Vendor hotel,
where the system was calling certain hotels as Out of Policy (OOP). Both policy configurations now appear appropriately.Resolved issue with certain Per Diem locations not working properly, due to data a mismatch between the user’s selected location and the per diem location in the database.
