About the Release Notes

Feature Enhancements

Hotel Room Bed Type 

• Description: Travelers will see more hotel room bed types in hotel search results instead of “other” as a bed type. 

• Benefit: Travelers will see accurate hotel room bed type information in hotel search results. 

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required.

Guest Traveler KTN Number 

• Description: KTN numbers for guest travelers will be saved in the Hold Trip purchase flow. 

• Benefit: Guest travelers will not need to re-enter their KTN number when they purchase a held trip. 

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required.

AeroMexico Branded Fares 

• Description: Branded fares are now available for AeroMexico.

• Benefit: Travelers will be able to view branded fares as they shop with AeroMexico. 

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required.

Virtual Pay Area Code 

• Description: The area code for fax numbers will be sent to Conferma for Virtual Pay transactions. 

• Benefit: Virtual Pay transactions will provide Conferma with reliable, error-free area codes for fax numbers.

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required.

Duplicate Booking Alert 

• Description: A duplicate booking alert will appear for one-way and multi-city itineraries that are similar to upcoming bookings. 

• Benefit: Travelers will see an alert to help prevent them from double booking one-way and multi-city trips. 

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required.

Additional Hotel Amenities 

• Description: The hotel special request list has been updated to include the following additional amenities:

  • Hypoallergenic bedding

  • Extra Pillows

  • Extra Towels

• Benefit: Travelers will be able to request additional hotel amenities.  

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required.

Out of Policy Reason Code in PNR 

• Description: Out of policy reason codes can now be added to the PNR XML. 

• Benefit: Travel Managers can edit the PNR to include out of policy reason codes. 

• Site Admin Experience: Admins will need to edit the PNR to output the out of policy reason code to the PNR XML.

SureStay Hotels Now Available 

• Description: The SureStay hotel chain is now available. 

• Benefits: Travelers can search for and book hotels from the SureStay hotel chain. 

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required. 

Ariston Pessoa Regional Airport (JJD) Now Available 

• Description: Ariston Pessoa Regional Airport (JJD) is now available. 

• Benefits: Travelers can search for and book flights to and from Ariston Pessoa Regional Airport (JJD).

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required. 

Bug Fixes for 2022.11.2

• Split ticket pricing issue has been fixed. 

• Low fare pricing issue has been fixed. 

• Ability to remove delegates from the HR Feed has been restored. 

• Date alignment issue when adding a car rental to a hotel only booking has been fixed.
