Deem Ground Work Voyageur Transition FAQ
Q: What Options are available to me as a Current Odyssey / Voyageur Account?
A: Customers have 3 options to proceed within 90 days:
- Sign a new support agreement with GroundWidgets (GW) for Odyssey / Voyageur Support.
- Upgrade to SantaCruz.
- Or clients can choose and migrate to a different solution.
Q: Will I have to pay more now for Santa Cruz?
A: See information below:
- This will be determined on a case by case basis.
- Nothing will change for the first 90 days. The new support fees will be outlined prior to signing a new maintenance agreement with GroundWidgets, or move to Santa Cruz.
- GW will be following up directly with all customers in the next few weeks.
Q: Who/Where do my payments go?
A: Addresses and instructions below:
Starting October 1, 2017 Payments for Voyageur should be sent to GW.
Send to : GroundWidgets: 210 East Route 4, Paramus, NJ suite 211, 07654 – attn: Accounting.
- Transaction payments for Saturn / Affiliate Connect will continue going to Deem.
- You will receive separate invoices from GW and Deem accordingly.
Q: If we have issues who are we to contact at GW?
A: There are 3 options, see below:
- Technical support: support@groundwidgets.com or call: 210.693.4150, select option 1 for support. Please note: Deem will be providing 2nd and 3rd Level support for the next 90 days
- For sales, contracts, or Santa Cruz inquiries: steve.power@groundwidgets.com
- For accounting and billing inquiries: tom.dowis@groundwidgets.com
Q: How long will the transition to GW take?
A: The transition is immediate.
You will have a 90-days window to decide if you want to sign a new support agreement, or you want to transition to SantaCruz.
Q: When can we start moving to SantaCruz?
A: If you choose to move from Voyageur to Santa Cruz, GW will work with you on a transition plan days.
Q: How long can I stay on Voyageur before being transferred to SantaCruz?
A:If you sign a new support agreement you will continue staying on Voyageur. End of life has not been announced.
Q: If I move to SantaCruz, how do I get access to my historical data?
A: Historical data can either be kept in Voyageur, or data can be imported into SantaCruz for historical purposes.
