Travel July 2017.2.6 Improvements for New Work Fource Only (September 6, 2017) 

Flight Matrix & Flight Filter Updates

• Description: Users now can simultaneously select multiple filter options from "Refine Your Search" when booking a flight.

For Example: "Sort by Duration" and "Nearby Airport" filters can be combined to locate the flight that work best for the user. 

• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required

Traveler View

• Description: The "Expand flight results to include non-stops when available" option now auto-selects the non-stop filter in the Refine Your Search section of the flight results page.
• Site Admin Experience: This feature is automatically defaulted to "Yes". To view configuration the admin can go to <Settings> <Policy Display> <Display Configuration List> and view under Flight Search Results.

• End User Experience: The non-stop filter will be auto-selected in the Refine Your Search section of the flight results page.

Flight Matrix Tooltip Enhancement 

• Description: The tooltip text format has been updated to improve the user experience. 
• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required

Delegate Improvements

• Description: When a delegate is booking on behalf of a traveler, the seat map will display the traveler's stored seat preferences pulled from their profile page.
• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required

• Description: Delegates booking on behalf of a traveler will now have all the traveler's pertinent profile information throughout the booking process.
• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required

Hotel Preferred Sorting Update

• Description: Hotel Preferred sorting now displays all Preferred Hotels at the top of the search results page.
• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required

Hotel Star Rating Sorting Enhancement

• Description: When a user selects "Star Rating" as their hotel filtering option, the hotel search page will display by the highest to the lowest star rating.
• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required

Book Again Updates

• Description: When "Book Again" is selected, an updated window box will appear to navigate the user to the Book Again Trip Details Page where the booking can be completed. Users can access the "Book Again" feature on all Upcoming Reservations, Archived Reservations or Held Trips.

New Airport Service Added to Work Fource

• Description: Deem Work Fource now services new airports. Users can now search for flights, cars, and hotels at the following locations:

SMT - Sorriso, Brazil

THD - Thanh Hoa, Vietnam

• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required

Copa Airline Table Database Update

• Description: Copa's Airline Table Database is now updated to reflect that Copa does not honor residual values on exchange tickets. If a ticket is exchanged, the traveler will forfeit the remaining value if the new ticket is less than the value of the original ticket minus any penalty fees.

• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required

Mobile Hotel Search Enhancement 

• Description: Mobile users will notice a significant improvement to their user experience with reduced error messages and quicker hotel search results.
• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required

Southwest Rapid Reward Improvement

• Description: All Southwest Direct flights booked via Work Fource will earn their Rapid Reward points when the membership number is entered and stored in the user's profile. 
• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required

Unused Ticket Status Update 

• Description: All unused tickets statuses are updated now to reflect the real-time availability of all unused tickets. 

• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration required
