Travel 2017.2.3 Improvements for New Work Fource Only (June 29, 2017)

Flight Seat Map Enhancement

• Description: New seat assignments icons now display when seats are available for an additional charge along with instructions to call the airlines or agency to request a seat.

WestJet Plus Fares are Now Available for Travel

• Description: We have added the ability to book WestJet Plus fares.

Cincinnati Added to the Cities Supported by Southwest Flights

• Description: Southwest Flights in and out of Cincinnati now can be booked and purchased by travelers.
• Site Admin Experience:  No configuration needed. 

Van Rental Update 

• Description: The icons for van rentals are now updated with passenger and baggage capacities on the Car Rental search page.

Pre-Trip Authorization (PTA) Notification Enhancement (For sites that have PTA configured)

• Description:  The Pre-Trip Authorization Notification Email now includes out of policy information.

Reservation Page Update

• Description:  When a reservation is cancelled, users can view the cancellations immediately by clicking the Archive tab on the Reservation Page.

Avianca Brasil Now Available for Travel

• Description: Avianca Brasil has been added to the list of carriers supported on Deem Work Fource.

Updated Logos for Air Transat and WestJet  

• Description:  New logos for Air Transat and WestJet have been added.
• Site Admin Experience: No configuration needed. 

Refundable Fares Display Update

• Description:  When a refundable fare has been selected, it now displays the refundable badge consistently throughout the booking process on all pages.

Flight Matrix Tooltip Update 

•  Description: The tooltips for displaying fare rules is now available when travelers search flights by schedule. 
• Site Admin Experience: No configuration needed.
