Deem is pleased to provide our corporate customers two communication templates that can be used to communicate the new Deem Travel UI to your travelers and delegates.
Template #1: “Coming Soon” communication.
Please use the Coming Soon template to supply your travelers and delegates advance notification around the new Deem Travel UI. We recommend that you post this announcement on your company intranet, travel portal site, company video monitors etc… or email your travelers directly at least 30 days prior to your launch date.* Please replace any items highlighted in RED with the appropriate information or edit to suit your business needs.
Subject Line: [COMPANY’S] (i.e. Acme Corp eTrip) travel site is getting a new look!

We recommend posting this on your company intranet, travel portal site, company video monitors etc. or email your travelers directly the DAY BEFORE or MORNING OF your launch date* Please replace any items highlighted in RED with the appropriate information or edit to suit your business needs.
