Enhancements for June 2020 (Release 2020.2.0) 

Tiered Cost Allocations can be captured 

• Description: We have updated the Trip Planner and the Trip Purchase pages to capture tiered Cost Allocations

• Benefit: Users can now allocate their trip selection to the correct cost tier

• Description: We have updated post-purchase change flow to capture tiered Cost Allocations

• Benefit: Users can now add new cost allocations when making a change post-purchase

Integration with ATPCO to provide real-time content to travelers

• Description: Deem is now integrating ATPCO Routehappy content to provide travelers with real-time and auto-populated flight and ticketing attributes for over 300 airlines. With Routehappy, we have enhanced the data display in the following three areas: 1. Brand Fare Name is now displayed next to the airline information 2. Fare attributes are now displayed within the information icon and 3. Compare Fares feature is now enhanced to show more data

• Benefit: Travelers will see a consistent display of real-time and auto-populated flight and ticketing attributes for over 300 airlines when comparing fares - improving overall shopping experience with complete up-to-date information

• Note: Users of IE11 browser will not be directed to this content

Hotel membership numbers on confirmation emails

• Description: Hotel membership number associated to the booking will now display on the email confirmation

• Benefit: Users will now see their hotel loyalty number on confirmation emails

Branded fare pricing codes added for Virgin Atlantic Airlines

• Description: Virgin Atlantic basic fares will now show all of the fare attributes to travelers in regard to seat selection, changes, upgrades, etc.

Mobile application hotel verbiage updated 

• Description: The verbiage for hotels with pre-payment amounts on the mobile application will now appear just as they do in the desktop application

PNR auto-cancellation block notification

• Description: We now have a service that explains the reason why a PNR cannot be auto-canceled

• Benefit: Users will now see the reason why a PNR cannot be auto-canceled
