Deem Operators December 2016 Release Notes
- Description: The reservation confirmation email now is enhanced to include more customer detail and allow providers to suppress sensitive information being displayed for desired accounts. Operators are able to provide Booker and account numbers details, the "account name", extra passenger phone numbers. In additional, providers can configure the email subject line to include: desired universal content, conf #, passenger name, pick up details (date, time, address)
- Configuration Experience: This feature is available to all Whisk customers without additional configuration.
Confirmation Email View
- Description: Operators can quickly provide price quotes for new customers prior to creating new customer accounts.
- Configuration Experience: This feature is available to all Whisk customers but will require additional configuration by providers and Deem Customer Support.

- Description: The default Reservation Manager time frame filter is updated to “Next 24 hours” to give users a full day of upcoming rides in the default view.
- Configuration Experience: This feature is available to all Whisk customers without additional configuration.
- Description: Affiliates will no longer receive emails when the dispatcher changes the dispatch time on farm-out rides.
- Configuration Experience: This feature is available to all Whisk customers without additional configuration.
- Description: This update makes managing affiliate rides and local farm-outs much easier by allowing users to change the servicing provider from in-house to affiliates, between affiliates, or affiliate back to in-house all from the Reservation Manager.

- Description: Providers can now tailor the driver search radius to best support their vehicle density and dispatch ahead time.
- Configuration Experience: This is available to all Whisk customers but requires additional configuration by Deem Support.
- Description: Dispatch Notes are included in Reservation Detail of the Reservation Manager to ensure the user has access to all the relevant ride information.
- Configuration Experience:This feature is available to all Whisk customers without additional configuration.
- Description: Dispatch error message for failed card authorization is updated to be more informative and now says “Sorry, your card could not be authorized. Please try a different card or contact your card company”.
- Configuration Experience: This feature is available to all Whisk customers without additional configuration.
Dispatch Error Message View
- Description: The CSV download on the Reservation Manager now includes the User Name of the person who took the reservation.
- Benefit: Providers can now use the down to report on operator productivity and track reservations back to the operator.
